New plaster needs a mist coat, not paint
Fresh plaster is porous and still drying. Painting straight onto it with neat emulsion seals the surface too early, and the paint eventually lets go and peels away in sheets.
A properly thinned mist coat soaks in and binds instead. It's a cheap step that gets skipped constantly, and it's one of the most common reasons a new build needs redecorating within two years.

How far ahead do you book?
Usually two to four weeks for a whole house, less for a single room. Site work we'll pencil in around your programme.
Do you work with our builder directly?
Yes. Most of our bigger jobs come through builders and we're used to fitting into someone else's programme.
Can you price from plans?
For a reasonable estimate, yes. We'd want to see the property before the price is fixed.
Do you do rental turnarounds?
Regularly. If you've got a portfolio we can agree a standard spec and price so each changeover is straightforward.
