Can you work when we're closed?
Yes, and for most commercial jobs it works out cheaper and quicker for both of us. Evenings, overnight and closed days are all normal.
Are you insured for commercial premises?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and will send the certificate across for your records before we start.
Can you provide risk assessments and method statements?
Yes. Tell us what your managing agent or health and safety officer needs and we will provide it with the quote.
How much of our space has to close?
Usually far less than people expect. We work in phases and screen off properly, so most businesses carry on trading through it.
Do you invoice on account?
For regular commercial customers, yes. We will agree terms before the first job.
Can you handle several properties at once?
Yes. For landlords and agents we will agree a standard specification and price so each turnaround runs the same way.
